Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of SIM1 Racing.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from SIM1 Racing (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover for SIM1 Manufactured Products?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, SIM1 Racing will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What does this limited warranty cover for Partner Manufactured Products?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the manufacturers Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, SIM1 Racing will liaise with our partner manufacturer to repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from SIM1 Racing is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on individual product.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 12 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact contact@sim1.uk to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Returns
Complete simulators are built to order and therefore non returnable, by agreeing to this returns policy you're waiving your right to return. Any Product that requires customisation or calibration is non returnable. All other products are as follows.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, sticky tape unbroken, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sim1.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: SIM1 Racing Ltd, 21 Sovereign place, Hatfield, AL95ET, England.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
