COACHING AND MENTORING DRIVERS FROM SIMULATOR TO REAL WORLD RACING
At SIM1 Racing, we're passionate about bridging the gap between virtual racing and real-world competition, our professional-level racing simulators have empowered countless drivers to make the leap. Our Ambassador Program is meticulously designed to coach and mentor aspiring racers with no prior real car racing experience, guiding them from the simulator straight into their first year of competitive racing. Running from November 1st to October 31st, this intensive year-long initiative offers one-on-one coaching with Leigh Britten, drawing on his own successful three-year transition to condense essential knowledge into an optimised program. You'll master driving skills, select the ideal team, build productive relationships, and prepare your car to challenge for podium finishes—all while leveraging SIM1's partners for specialized motorsport coaching to ready your mind and body for the demands of the track.

At 15 my racing journey began in 2023, inspired by the Gran Turismo movie. In 2024, I turned to SIM racing, where I built my race craft, discipline, and technical understanding with the support of coaching and structured simulator training. These skills quickly translated to real racing: by June I was competing in electric karts with the Fat.Karting.League, finishing Vice Champion in October. Later that year I earned a place in the Fiesta Junior Scholarship and finished 7th overall in the BRSCC Winter Clapham North SIM Series. In 2025, I joined the Fiesta Junior grid and became a SIM1 Racing Brand Ambassador. My long-term ambition is clear: to compete in GT, race at Le Mans, and demonstrate that the journey from SIM to podium is real.
